I have attended many classes with Jessica Pedemont over the last few years and I have learnt many great skills and techniques; cake decorating, flower making, confectionery, modelling chocolate, chocolate tempering and many more. Jessica is a world of knowledge and a wonderful teacher. The exciting skills and techniques that I have learnt I have been able to apply to all of my cakes and creations and look forward to more new and exciting classes in the future. Laura.
