We have made this creamy cocoa enriched 50% milk chocolate using PNG cacao beans, then it is mixed with house-made honeycomb- featuring Uncle Phil’s honey and we have folded through crunchy organic cacao nibs.

They play beautifully with honeyed crunch and smooth chocolate — familiar, comforting, and quietly complex.
