This limited edition bar is a celebration of island craft and slow indulgence.

Organic cacao nibs are soaked for months in 83 Islands Distillery’s two-year aged Yumi Rum, distilled in Vanuatu from 100% locally grown sugarcane. The rum-infused nibs are then gently dried and stone-ground into a smooth, rich 70% dark chocolate, allowing the warmth of the rum to settle seamlessly into the cacao.

Expect deep cocoa notes layered with soft caramel, subtle molasses and a lingering island warmth — complex, balanced and quietly decadent.
