A dark and complex indulgence inspired by Calabria’s storied liqueur. We soaked our organic cacao in Vecchio Amaro del Capo for two months, allowing the spirit’s essence to infuse deep into the nibs. Once the nibs have soaked up all the liquor we carefully dehydrate and craft them into a rich 70% dark chocolate. The result is an aromatic bar layered with herbal warmth and citrus brightness — notes of orange and chamomile, whispers of liquorice, peppermint, and anise — all woven through the deep, bittersweet body of the cacao. A truly unique expression of chocolate and amaro in perfect harmony.
